• 1 high-quality unisex t-shirt — midweight, soft, and perfectly responsive to bleach. This is the shirt I paint on in my tutorials.
• Practice patches — made from the exact same fabric as the shirt, so you can experiment with dilutions and test your techniques before painting your final design.
• Measuring cup — to help you prepare your perfect bleach-to-water ratio.
• 2 mixing containers — where you can mix your dilutions.
• Nitrile gloves 
• Pastel pencil — to trace your design.
• Spray bottle — for controlled and even application when working with spray effects.

The bleach and hydrogen peroxide are not included in the kit — these cannot be shipped due to safety regulations.
But don’t worry — you’ll receive detailed instructions explaining exactly what type of bleach and hydrogen peroxide to look for at your local grocery store or pharmacy, so you’ll know you’re getting the right kind.
