Art by Kivi is a small independent studio offering hand-painted garments, creative kits, and wearable art worldwide.

2. Use of the Website

By using this Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
  • Respect the intellectual property and creative rights of Art by Kivi.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.

3. Products and Availability

Each product is described as accurately as possible, but because many items are hand-painted and made to order, small variations in design or color may occur — these make each piece unique and authentic.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) by default and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved methods.

If your card or bank uses a different currency, your total will be automatically converted at your bank’s exchange rate and may include small conversion fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from Madrid, Spain.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers once the package has left our studio.

  • Custom-painted and personalized items: All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted once the artwork process has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Non-custom products (e.g., kits or blank garments): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.

Add-On Discounts

Special bundle discounts (such as the “2 extra shirts” offer) are only valid before the bleach painting kit has been shipped.
If the discounted add-on is purchased after the kit has already been shipped, the order for the extra shirts will be canceled and refunded in full, as an additional shipping fee would apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including artwork, photographs, designs, and text — is the exclusive property of Art by Kivi and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of this material without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy and handle your data responsibly.
Personal information is only used to process orders and improve your shopping experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

Art by Kivi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Site or products purchased through it.

For international customers, any disputes shall be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction, in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
