Below you’ll find all the details about how and when we ship your orders. If you have any questions, you can always reach us at artby@elisakivi.com.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from Madrid, Spain.

Ready-to-ship items (like kits or blank garments): usually ship within 2–7 business days.

Custom-painted pieces: these are made to order — please allow approximately 1–4 weeks for creation before shipping. This may vary slightly depending on current order volume and the complexity of the design
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Occasionally we offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown during checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
These are approximate delivery windows once your order has been shipped:

Please note that these are estimates — actual times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or global events beyond our control.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or alter customs values.
5. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at artby@elisakivi.com — if the package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our studio, it is handled by the postal carrier.
If your package seems delayed or lost, please check the tracking information first.
If you need further help, contact us — we’ll assist in opening a claim with the carrier if needed.
Please note: international shipments may experience extended customs processing times.
7. “2 Extra Shirts” Add-On Discount
The special “2 extra shirts” offer is only valid before your bleach painting kit has been shipped.
If you purchase the add-on after the kit has already shipped, the additional shirts cannot be included in the same package.
In this case, your extra shirt order will be canceled and refunded in full, unless you agree to pay for separate shipping.
8. Preorders and Made-to-Order Items
If you purchase a custom or made-to-order item along with a ready-to-ship product, your full order will ship together once all items are ready.
If you’d like to receive the ready item sooner, please place separate orders.
